Does the wait staff still charge customers for things they didn't order because it costs a little extra and they think the customer won't notice?

I just started training there as a waiter and they literally told me to do this so the house makes.more money. At first I thought it was a joke but they brought it up multiple times and I watched them do it. This is only one of several things about that place that make me no longer want to work there.

Yes, but not recommended for carry out. Half the price you're paying is for ambiance and table service

Does the chateau briand or rack of lamb serve 2?

Yes the beef does.
